Bloom Agric is an agricultural consulting outfit with presence in Lagos, Ibadan and Abuja. The company seeks to actualize the curiosity and interest of Nigerians in Agriculture by setting up plantations of economic viable crops with local and international demand and get individuals to invest as Smallholder farmers. The subscribers will own the land permanently and can deploy it to any use in future. The flagship scheme is cashew plantations set up in two locations in Oyo State at unbeatable prices.

Bloom Agric is championed by people with vast experience in Agriculture, Investment Banking, Finance, and Insurance. They will bring their education and expertise to bare in delivering value and remarkable customer experience to investors.

For us at Bloom Agric, the desire is to increase the percentage of cultivated arable land in Nigeria from the current 40% to a minimum of 90% in the next 10years. We believe that by achieving this, we would have created consistent wealth for our investors as well as help the country achieve self-sufficiency in many crops and diversify its income from oil proceeds.


Olushola Ogunniyi

Shola is the Lead, Advisory council for Bloom Agric. He relishes providing solutions to the key issues of risk and its management. Trained in the special risk segment of insurance, Shola has equally garnered considerable experience in risk management solutions especially in the cross path of finance and economics. He is also a co-founder and Lead Partner at Finite Risk Advisors Limited, a leading Investment advisory firm; prior to this, he was the head of business development at Boff & Company Insurance Brokers and was the director and head of research, training and strategy for Obzzy Index Limited.

He has attended several trainings, Management courses and Seminars on Risk Analytics and Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) Solutions, Insurance of Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Power, Construction,and Reinsurance. He has also participated in several webinars on risk management and energy risks and he trains on insurance & risk management occasionally and has a combined industry experience of about a decade.

Olukayode Odeyinde

Olukayode Odeyinde is a performance oriented professional with a proven track record in enhancing service levels, improving workflow processes, and managing profitable relationships. Experience across Guaranty Trust Assurance Plc (Now Axa Mansard), Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Access Bank Plc reflects consistent achievements and results through exceptional team building skills, expert technical abilities and talent for maximizing investment returns.

He is a graduate of Geography from the Obafemi Awolowo University and a member of the renowned Chartered Institute of Marketing (London). He has enjoyed a rapid and aligned career and has specific interest in consulting for SMEs and start-ups as he believes they are the future of the African economy. Kayode Co-Founded and oversees the Strategy Team for Bloom Agric.

Clement Olufemi Chukwuka

Clement Olufemi Chukwuka is an astute professional with vast experience in the planning, power and agricultural sector. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University with a 2nd class Upper division in the Urban and Regional Planning department and holds an executive Masters degree in Business Administration from the same university. Prior to Co-Founding Bloom Agric, he worked in different capacities with ASB Valiant Limited ( A foremost power generating company) and rose to the position of the Logistics and Fleet Manager.

He has engaged in various entrepreneurship endeavors and has a knack for engaging the frontier of business innovation and planning. Femi is responsible for community and Investors engagements for Bloom Agric.

Owolabi Sherifdeen

Owolabi Sherifdeen is a 2nd class Upper degree graduate of the prestigious Yaba College of Technology. He has cognate experience in the banking sector and worked in the operations department of Access Bank between 2014 and 2018. He heads the business operations department for Bloom Agric.

What type of crop does the company deals with?

Currently the flagship scheme is cashew plantation but there are plans to explore other cash crops in future.

How much do I pay for the cashew plantation?

For our flagship schemes, with just Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only (N450,000), the customer owns a cashew plantation.

What is the ownership like?

After the 450k payment, the customer automatically becomes the owner of the farmland and can deploy it to other use in the future.

Is the 450k payment for the purchase of the farmland only?

No, the payment covers for the farmland, cashew cultivation and general labour.

Where are your farmlands located?

The farmlands are located in Ajebo, off Lagos – Ibadan Expressway and Ido which is in the outskirt of Ibadan.

How many cashew trees can grow on an acre of land?

About 50 – 55 trees can grow on an acre of land.

How long does it takes cashew plantation to yield?

Cashew takes three years to produce its first fruit and it will keep producing fruits 30years. One acre of cashew plantation will yield a minimum of 200kg of cashew in its first year of harvest.

Are your farmlands insured?

The company has made provisions for customers who are willing to insure their farms at a premium rate of 2% of the value of the farm payable annually.

Do I have to pay any other fee after the 450k?

Yes. A maintenance fee of Seventy Five Thousand Naira Only (N75,000).

What if I am not interested in the cashew plantation?

The company also deals in sales of farmlands only for as low as three hundred thousand naira (N300,000).
